Riley did well through the night. His incision looks well. The stoma's are a bit confusing to us but I'm sure we will figure them out at some point. Travis is thrilled to be up here and we are trying hard to make it a good visit for him.
He was put in a different room after surgery. The nurses on this end of the hall tend to be louder. It's hard sitting in your own personal hell and knowing that life just goes on for the rest of the world.

So glad to hear Riley had a some what good night. I have been watching for an update since early morning. So glad everything is okay, and that you are getting to enjoy your time with Travis. I continue to pray that each day will show some improvement in Riley's condition, and he will stay comfortable. Hugs to all, and kisses for Riley!!!

So very glad Riley did well during his surgery and had a fairly good night. Now, he will be stronger to continue his battle and win. My prayers and hope stay with Riley, you, Jay and Travis. Beth M.
