Travis called home last night...he was STILL so excited over his trip. He was very excited to be in the mountains and claimed he had never been to the mountains before. Guess he doesn't remember driving through them with me to visit Allison OR the mountains of New Hampshire where I broke my back and he got 8 stitches. Let that be a testament to the memory of a then 3 year old huh?
Anyway, he was soooo excited when he got to the hotel mom said. And upon exiting the restroom, she spots my dad lifting travis back into the room via the (ground floor) window....turns out, he had spotted a GIANT super cool rock out the window that he just had to have. So dad opened the window, Trav hopped out, grabbed the rock and came back in. They were going to the store to pick up some items for their picnic lunch today and snacks and then getting dinner and back to the hotel to swim in the indoor pool. Lots of fun for a little boy!

Yes, Yes, lots of fun for a special little boy with Mema and Granddaddy! I can very vividly see Travis excitedly going out that window and grabbing that rock! Looking forward to the next posting on Travis' treasure hunting. Travis, Mama can't wait to see all your treasures. Love you, Mama(Pauline)
