ok that scan is terrible!! but i'm at work and you'll have to take what ya get for now. the round ring thing is the yolk sac NOT the baby's head which i fearfully thought. The yolk sac is what nourishes the baby until the placenta takes over. the baby's head is right next to the yolk sac. You can't really see it on this horrible scan but we could kind of see the little arm and leg buds in the actual ultrasound. And it's beautiful little heartbeat. 138 beats per minute she said. So there you have it. Little baby blueberry (that is how big it is right now) is doing well. Next ultrasound is at 12 weeks. Should be much more to see then.
